Our posters and frames are neatly and safely packaged in specially designed packaging.

Generally, we ship your order on either the same weekday it was ordered or the following weekday.
We strive to keep the delivery time at 2-7 business days.
Note that the delivery time in the rest of the world may be longer.

You have 90 days right of withdrawal on items bought in our online shop.
- When you return an order, you must ensure that both frames and posters are in unopened and original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return costs, which will be subtracted upon refund.

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with information on how to track your package.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible by e-mail if any posters or frames have been damaged upon receipt.
Attach images of the damaged item(s), and then we will subsequently send you a new package.

Please contact us by e-mail if your package was returned to us because it was not picked up on time so that we can find a solution together.
- A return of the package will be paid for by the customer.
- If the customer wants to use their right of withdrawal, the return costs will be subtracted prior to the refund.

If you haven't received an order confirmation after purchasing an item from us, it may be the result of an incorrect e-mail address or the e-mail ending up in your spam folder. Do not hesitate to contact us if this isn't the case so that we can solve the issue.
