We normally dispatch your order on the same or next business day. Delivery within the EU and UK typically takes 2-7 business days. Delivery to other international destinations may take longer depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Shipping starts from €5.95 within the EU and £6 in the UK, with free shipping on orders over €69 and £80 respectively. For other destinations, the available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. We ship with UPS, DHL and local delivery partners. You will automatically receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Returns:
You have a 90-day return policy on standard products purchased from our webshop. Personalized and custom-made products are excluded from the return policy.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email before sending it back. Customers outside Denmark are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will issue your refund.
